Stalking behind the Fouth City is the Zatabeck Cliffs. These great and wondrous platforms were said to have formed when an earthquake rocked the two plates and caused the southern one to grind upward in an odd way. Today, these cliffs are still getting taller, the small forest and rivers than flow over it stubbornly hitching a ride. Many Inoealio have striven to reach the top, with only few succeeding.
