The Ineoalio
Ineoalio are tall sleek humanoids. Their name means "first people" in their language. Ineoalio are on average 6-7 feet tall and weigh about 140 for males/110 for females lbs as an adult. Females are slimmer and shorter than males. Their arms are long and sleek, with long fingers and delicate hands. Their hips are always wide, with legs that are long with small feet and a long tail. Their torso is also longer, with a sleek neck. Ineoalio always have handsome/beautiful faces, and are considered to be one of the most beautiful species to have ever existed.
Note: basically, an Ineoalio looks like a human that went through a taffy puller, only more proportioned and not flat.
Face: As said before, Ineoalio are considered very beautiful. Their eyes are wide, with irises that glow. Their noses are smallish, with males being larger and longer. Their noses are also slightly pointed. They have sleek jaws with graceful cheekbones. Males also tend look feminine by human standards. The only thing that would make the Ineoalio look slightly awkward is their wide mouths (see below). Both males and females hair is soft and poufy, always shiny and healthy. Both males and females can have longer hair. Females are the only ones who tend to have curly hair; males normally don't. Ineoalio hair can be nigh any color imaginable and it normally matches their fur (see below). As well, males have horns branching out form their heads (some even have two or three, though that's rare) that grow over their lifetime. Their hues vary from Ineoalio to Ineoalio, and can range over the entire rainbow. Females don fluffy tufts branching from behind their ears over their heads, called a "Crown". Ineoalio have slightly smaller brains than humans, but they are up to three times more intelligent.
Eyes: Ineoalio eyes are unique in the fact that they have two irises. This helps them to see far better than anything else. The first iris is their "day" eyes, which are used during the day. The second is their "night" iris. These irises can expand and contract to adjust to various lights and to better focus. The pupil serves a small role in the sight as it is the iris's that gather the light and filter it through the pupil to the retina. The day eye is always a lighter shade than the night. Ineoalio see everything in vibrant detail, very little is missed to their eyes. Their pupils are normally black or white. As well, some don't have a pupil at all. When this happens, the Ineoalio can still see, just not as well as their fellows. A blind Ineoalio is rare. The eye whites can also be black or white, though black is rare.
Note: out of a hundred ineoalio's, 35 have white while 60 have black. Of the five remaining, four don't have a pupil while one is blind.
Mouth: An Ineoalio mouth is slightly larger than normal, although their lips are slim. Their jaws consist of four pairs of fangs: a primary and a secondary per pair (IE: both top and bottom have two primaries and two secondaries). The primary fangs are in front of the secondary and are larger. These fangs are very long and sharp, with all eight connected to the four poison glands. Ineoalio are naturally venomous, and they are all immune to their own species venom. The venom itself is a toxic combination of a paralizer, a hemotoxin, a neurotoxin and a Proteolytic, along with a unique toxin not found anywhere outside of the Ineoalio glands. ((for those of you who don't know much about snakes, Hemotoxin is a kind of venom that affects the cardiovascular system and the blood, Neurotoxin is the nervous system and brain, and Proteolytic venom dismantles the molecular structure of the area surrounding and including the bite. the unique toxin is none other than an impure liquid form of Zryiithaeneum.) Ineoalio naturally have eight fangs, with the primary four (both top and bottom) being larger and containing more venom. The gland off to the side is an activational fluid much like the ones in the Ineoalio tails. An Ineoalio will often give a warning snip first, should you anger one enough that it feels the need to do so. Normally, they don't, and their fangs remain unused. The other thee in an Ineoalio's jaws have the same structure, though they have 36 teeth and no wisdom teeth. Instead, in place of the wisdom teeth at the back of their jaw, they have a special pair of teeth on their top jaw, long and slim like small fangs. They serve no purpose.
An Ineoalio's tongue is long and flexible. The tongue is normally white, yellow green, dark gray or violet pink in color. It branches into three tips, the middle being the longest. The tips are very thin and highly sensitive. Ineoalio have a taste sense that is ten times as strong as a human. The tongue is also prehensile and can hold objects as delicate as an egg or as heavy as ten pounds. An Ineoalio could even write with it.
Body: The backbone of these creatures is very prominent, and male's vertebrae can extend out of the skin into spines. These spines normally only extend from the upper back vertebrae. The spine is also longer than humans, resulting in the elongated torso. They can have up to ten extra vertebrae, while taller than normal can have a few more. Most Ineoalio also have 30 ribs, though they can have up to 34. The base of the spin continues down the tail and flat semi curving pieces of cartilage branch out form the joint at the base of the tail. The female pelvis is different than males, but not by much. Most females also have long feather fluffs on their shoulders and shoulder blades, as well on their tails at the base of the bulb. Males normally have spines on their upper back and a few spines on the top petal of their bulb. Males never have feathers and females never have spines/horns.
Note: yes, females have breasts.
Ineoalio are also born with two hearts. However, in common practice, adults have their second heart removed as it is actually harmful. The gathered hearts are kept alive and "stored" for those whom have heart defects and other problems. It's actually fairly common that when an Ineoalio grows old and their heart starts to give out, they can have a surgery to have their weakened heart replaced with their second heart as it's probably still there. Healthy Ineoalio can live up to 250 years because of this and their slow ageing. Both male and female Ineoalio all have fur growing off their shoulders and sometimes partway down their back. The fur is rather unique in that it senses the mood of the Ineoalio or the season around it, and sometimes even the temperature. The fur changes color gradually throughout the seasons. The mood fur changes color fairly quickly: a bubbly yellow can go to a ferocious red in about an hour. When an Ineoalio is at home or in an unknown area, their fur will not change colors and return to its default color.
It is rare that fur doesn't change color. As well, white fur is rare. Normally, this fur does not change color and it's longer and softer than other fur. It is also "harvested" for various things like pillows, coats, and blankets. However, black fur is the rarest, and it also does not change color. This fur tends to cover the entire back and even partway down the tail. This fur is extremely long, but not all that soft. Males are more likely to have black fur than females, while females are more likely to have white fur than males. Fur can be any color.
Note: the fur normally doesn't start changing color until adulthood for males and adolescence for females. The color changing used to help wild Ineoalio camouflage. As well, bright neon colors are normal. Ineoalio normally only dye their hair (which is normally the same color as the fur) but fur dyeing is possible. My Ineoalio, Keinsii, bleached his yellow fur white and they over dyed it neon pink. Over dyeing most often results in permanent color. He had to paint his horns just to match his fur for the rest of his life XD horn painting is also fairly common.
The tips of the spines on the back and tail may also change color, though this is rare. The tips can be one solid color or they can have colored tips that mach the hair/fur. As well, hair does not change with the fur. A females feather do not change colors, they stay one color.
Tails: All Ineoalio have tails, though the length and thickness varies from gender to individual. Females tend to have longer tails, with smaller "bulbs" while males have shorter, thicker and larger "bulbs". The "bulbs" are a single mass on the end of the tail with four pieces fitting tightly together. Imagine a watermelon.
When walking, the tail is held above the ground in a graceful swooping curve, bobbing with the movement of the Ineoalio. When running, the tail often sticks straight out, but that's more of being pulled out that being held there. When still, the tail with either hand limply, or sway/twist/move. The movement of an Ineoalio tail at rest is a special kind of body language as well.
Most of the time, the tail has either a ring of fur around the base, a few feathers for the females and a few spines on the bulb for males. Males can also have spines ringing the buds base, but most of the time it interferes with the opening of the bulb and have to be removed. However, a lighter colored hue may adorn the top of the tail, started from the rear or even the back. The color is never outrageously bright, nor is it ever deeply dark. Along the lines of a soft pink, faint blue, and light green to give a few examples. Though the bulbs are the most colored part of the tail, the tail can also consist of multiple colors in "patches", normally blurred together. Males' tails are also more brightly colored.
The tails of an Ineoalio serve as their sexual organs, which mean there are no split bathrooms in the Ineoalio world. Ineoalio sex consists of the buds on the ends of the tails to open, revealing both genders sexual instruments. Much like humans, males have the penis and females the vagina. The "petals" of the bulb open to reveal the organs at the time of sex. The inside of the petals is a soft yellow green fleshy color that is highly sensitive.
Males have four smallish testicals, ringing a penis, in the middle of the bulb. Like all Ineoalio flesh, it's a yellowish green. Two testicles (normally the bottom ones when the tail is in a neutral position) house the sperm, while the top two house the two required activational fluids. Activational fluid one soothes a block in the female's tail on the way to the womb while the second washes away a coat on the egg. During quickies, the males can hold the activational fluids, thus ensuring no pregnancies. Males are normally just slightly over a foot long.
For the females, their organs are much more spread out. The womb is located in the abdomen, lower pelvic region, just like in humans. The entire length of the tail is the track that the genetic material must travel. The vagina is located in tail. A muscular block that is normally closed is halfway up the tail. This stops all sperm unless the activational fluid reaches it, which causes it to open. This block is the first defense again an unwanted intruding body, but it has a large weakness. While rape is rare in the Ineoalio culture, the few that undertake the action normally don't bother with holding AF one or two. Thus, the females have a secondary defense just for this, one that is slightly more effective. The unfertilized eggs have a protective coating that is washed away with the male's secondary fluid. While still quite ineffective, this gives them time after the actual act to "cleanse". If both of those fail, and said rape victim does end up with blob of cells, she can also abort the child whenever she wants without medical assistance. This is legal up until she is a week away from "laying" the "Egg".
During consented sex, those blocks are bypassed with ease, which is the point. After the initial act, it takes three days for the genetic material to reach the womb, and another day to two days to find and fertilize the egg.
Mating Season: Ineoalio have mating season according to their birth dates. They go into heat once a year, six months after their birthday. The heat season lasts two to three weeks at a time. Sometimes both genders who missed the season can relapse back into a heat cycle.
Note: adolescent males without a wife entering puberty are violent, as well as older males that have been skipping the mating season. An adolescent will become dangerously violent and out of control as his sexual desire takes over his mind. They literally have no control over what they do as their instincts take over. Thus, they have to be restrained or removed from society until their first season has passed. Their tails also have to be banded with thick steal before and after. Before to ensure that if he starts his violent behavior early, he won't hurt anyone until he's restrained, and after to prevent a relapse, which happens often. The first season is normally the worst for them; however, their tails will have to be banded each season until they are adults. By then, they can restrain themselves till they find their mate/wife.
Second note: an unrestrained adolescent male will always try to go after females first, however if the opportunity presents itself, they will settle for males. Same gender sex is frowned upon in Ineoalio society, and on some worlds, illegal. Marriage is also illegal on most worlds.
Offspring: Ineoalio reproduce quickly. The entire pregnancy takes about five and a half months. when an egg is fertilized, it will start to grow into the baby. About a month and a half in, however, the mother's body starts to add think layers of a gel like material over the baby. This continues till the second and a half month mark, where the mother cuts connection with the baby and "lays" the "egg". The egg does not travel back down the tail; instead females have a "tube"/birth cannel leading to their crotch. This is the only difference in a male and females crotches. The egg is very small and fragile in the first few minutes after lying, though the layers harden quickly in the first hours. After the first day, the layers are so tough and strong and you could bounce the egg really hard and no harm would come from it. It's also really bouncy, which also aids in the protection of the baby. The baby continues to grow inside the egg, using the gel like layers as sustenance. The egg and baby grow like crazy over the last months, growing as much as two inches a day. When the baby is almost fully grown, they only have a few thin layers left that are stuck to their skin. The baby will rip this film and try to squirm to get it off. Parents almost always have to help with this, as sometimes the baby can suffocate itself by tearing in the wrong spot and the film is still stuck over their nose and mouth.
Ineoalio babies are slightly smaller than human babies. They are quite thin and frail, with their arms and legs being long. Their backbone sticks out as well as their ribs. Their tails are short and their bulbs are very small. Their heads are small, and their eyes are closed for the first three months of life. Male and females look almost exactly the same. Males have tiny little "bumps" on their heads, which are called horn bumps. Females have tiny little feathers. As well, one of the "petals" on a male's bulbs will almost always upturn a bit. As well, they have no fur, spines, or hair, their completely naked. Ineoalio brains grow very quickly in the first year, and most can actually be taught to walk and talk in that year. Almost always by year two are they speaking full sentences and walking. By year four, their horns, feathers, fur and spines start growing. Once this starts, they never stop growing their entire life. At age five, Ineoalio can either go to a public school if they live on the main world or online if they live elsewhere. School continues till an Ineoalio is nineteen, when they are legally considered an adult. Children's tails elongate until adulthood, where they reach a set length. The bulbs do not grow from its small form until puberty, where it enlarges. Females do not have a menstrual cycle. Besides all that, Ineoalio children grow much like human children.
Deit: The Ineoalio are omniverous, however they tend to intake more meats and fruits as a whole. this is because of multiple reasons. the first reason is that grains, vegitables and some dairy gives their digestive tract hell. an ineoalio cannot drink any kind of milk without becomeing extreamly ill. other dairy, grains and vegis have varying effects depending on the intake item and portion of said item.
despite the Ineoalio not being able to process the previously mentioned items, they must intake at least a little to keep healthy. this has spawned the many processed and "digestable" items in an Ineoalian grocery store. a normal ineoalio meal would consist of healf meat, quature fruit, and varying ammounts of the other stuff. allergies to different types of foods is also common much like in humans, the msot common of which being normal sugar. luckily, sugar is very rare and expensive to make for the ineoalio so most don't haev to worry.
sadly, almost every ienoalio;s tongue craves sweetness and sugar during the mateing seasons. its said that the intake of something sweet helps both genders conceave a healthier egg.
Tattoos: Ineoalio tattoos are very unique in the aspect of that they move. Tattoos are split into three categories: stationary, slight, and far. Stationary is a stationary tattoo, it doesn't move, as the name suggests. Slight are tattoos that move slightly. A tattoo of a tree with leaves blowing or a vine gently swaying/bouncing is an example. Far is a tattoo that moves a lot, and this is also the most expensive. Far tattoos can move all over the body randomly is so wishes. There really isn't a boundary as to what a Slight and what a Far tattoo.
Piercings: Ineoalio can have the fallow piercings: ears, nose, eyebrows, tongue, lip, nipple, sides, back, tail, bulbs, horns, spines, and feathers. The actual pericings can be made of anything from dyed wood to gold to plate stems.
Clothing: Ineoalio are like teenagers; they love funky clothing. Their sense of fashion is awesome, not only because of the designs, but because all of the designs actually make sense. Ineoalio also love belts, zippers, rings, chains, hooks, flowy fabric, bright colors, gems, fishnet, and corset-like bindings. Pretty much anything crazy would do. However, formal wear tend to be more down to earth and plain. Ineoalio also do not have to worry much about gender differences, and both genders tend to shop in each other's sections. Only females have to worry because of their breasts. Tails also do not have to be covered. Only female's breasts and both genders crotches have to be covered. ((Though Kein seems to stretch that latter one to its limits. in our standards, his excuse for pants wouldn't because they're so low.)) Children's' clothing must be more reasonable than adults.
Illnesses: Ineoalio don't have to worry about getting sick most of the time. Their medicine is so far advanced that they can spot, identify, and cure a potentially fatal disease in one doctor visit. However, some things aren't that easy. For example, Xiiprandia, is a bacterial disease that attacks the nervous system. Xiipranda can only be treated, and can be cure if caught early enough. However, most cases aren't, and the disease is fatal eventually. Gaiquuze is also potentially fatal, and it's a circulatory system disease. This bacterium eats the Ineoalio blood and attacks the veins and arteries on its way to the heart. There is no treatment for this one and death is slow and painful.
Note: Ineoalio blood is yellow green, which is also why most other inside flesh is that color.
Viierakaine is the worst and last fatal disease for the Ineoalio. It is also the worst. It is much like the flesh eating bacteria, only much worse. This disease strikes hard and fast, tearing through everything-even bone. Very few actually survive this disease. Thankfully, it's rare. Other health issues can also plague individuals.
Social Mindset/Culture: only one word describes the way the ineoalio live and interact with eachother: peacefuly.
while it is common knowledge the Ineoalio posess a strong millitary and space fleet, the ineoalio actually don't like to use either. the entire basis for the ineoalio personality is that they litterally cannot understand violence, greed, hate, or evil. they know what these thigns are, but they cannot understand why one would go though all the trouble to do something so horrible. they beleive in being civil and truthful to one another and everyone, they see lying and pretending useless and hurtful to not jsut the ones you were trying to fool, but yourself as well. in this way they are naive, childish almost. an ineoalio will often chide anyone or thing that does not conform to this ideal. they take "its better to have friends then eneimies" to the extreme.
in the entire history of the ineoalio, they never "fired the first shot". they attempt to work things out as peacefully and calmly as possible, with battles and even war being the utmost desperately recutant corse of action.
however, their have been exceptions. there is but one thing that the ineoalio will protect and violently defend at all costs: themselves. they see an attack on civillians an attack to the race as a whole. to take a real historical battle as an example, the raaqune attacked Third Worlds second moon, which the ineoalio had just finished tereforming and cologniseing. this attack whiped out 80% of the colonies: pure civillians. this attack was like hitting a wasps nest while taunting a grizly bear while standing on an iceblock above several great white sharks starved for a week.
the ineoalio never fire the first shot. but they can sure as hell return fire.
the result of this war was half og the Raaqune's world being unlivable due to extreme levles or radiation and fallout. to this day, old Raaqune texts crop up staying about the "day the stars shone red".
Note: the ienoalio's space fleet has a bunch of neon lights upon their ships. these varying designs help to identify a ship far away without haveing to call out to it. the color of these lights normally coenside with the world they are from. however, in times of war, these lights turn blood red. this is why the writeings say the stars turned red, as their were so many ineoalio ships flodding the world. both Ineoalio and Raaqune blood is not red. Raaqune blood is a pale yellow while ineoalio is a greenish yellow.
despite these few rare incidents, the ineoalio do not normally have to face a threat. this conensides with them haveing more time to develope and take care of their people and their cities.
one of the most notable thigns about the ineoalio is that they don't have jails or prisons. they have no need for them. the only thing that would come close is a small containment room attached to their poleice stations. thei also do have other containment centers, such as some for males reachign their first season, but for the most part, anythign that would require an ineoalio to be locked up for a long periode of time is nonexsistant. this is because, once agian, the ineoalio do not understand thigns of negative affects. they worst thing you would ahve to worry about is a highly experianced theif. (*cough*Keinsii*cough*) and though the ineoalio alue their stuff, they are not greedy. their are hardly any "homeless" ienoalio, and if there are, they would collected and aid by a special progrem specificly for them, to get them back on their feet.
in this way, the ineoalio prove that nasty traits are notpermently with a sentient race. a race can work to figure out and weed out these traits if only they put the time and effort into it. the general opinion of humanity to an ineoalio is less than miserable. they would see us as the childish ones, the ones so "blind they cannot see the bigger pciture."
Note: ZYT often comments that he "has faith in the things humanity has acomplished, has discovered and what it strives for. he just wishes that we would stop and reveiw those acomplishments before we dive right back into the next puzzle. just because something works does not mean it is the best solution." he also says that "i may have faith in them, but faith can only last so long. mine will end when they prove they are too far gone to be helped. or they do soemthing stupid. though, those thigns normal go hand in hand with humanity......"
Second Note: the ineoalio psyche is also why their worlds were some of the best taken care of. their careing nature also applied to their entiorment, because they realized early that nature and life is a frigile balance. the ienoalio built their cities and towns around the landscapes, letting rivvers and forests stand as they pushed outward. they made sure that their worlds were healthy and balanced.
Social Structure: There are four Sects, or classes, the the ineoalio separate themselves into. The first and lowest is the Basic Sect, which is the nice name for the poorer class. the Basic Sect Ineoalio (called Basics) have most of the tedious slow grinding work places, as well as the lowest income. while not really "poor", Basics tend to have the most problems with money and with haveing to shop. their lives tend to be more depressing and boreing than the other sects. these Ineoalio hardly ever leave the city they were born in because they simply cannot afford it. one of the ways to get out of this rut is to marry a spouse from a higher sect, but most often money is not the reason for this. most Basics tend to also stay single most of their lives. however, the Basics are some of the hardest working and thourough of all the Ineoalio.
the next sect is the City Sect. while the name may be a bit of a misnomer, City Ineoalio (called "Cities", but not very oftten for obvious reasons) are the middle class ineoalio. almost every ineoalio lives in a city or a smaller town, which is why the name might be a misnomer. however, all City cast Ineoalio do live in a city. they tend to have average lives with average work and finacial issues. they tipically have smaller families of one to two children over their entire lives. City Ineoalio also tend to move from city to city fairly often for an uncertain reason. however, they tend to want to stay firmly upon their homeworld, only moveing off of it for extreme reasons. City Ineoalio are also the most suseptable to the rare diseases than others because of their tight living habits. only marginally though, the disease are still rare.
the highest sect an Ineoalio could hope to reach is the Advanced Sect, the upper class. these ineoalio (called "Advances") have the best jobs and the most enjoyable lives. these ienoalio have larger families of three to five children, or more. their families are tightly knit, with annual family vacations. they have the better homes and don't really have to worry about anything. most of the ineoalio occupying this sect were born into it, however it is possible for a Basic to work their tails off to get here.
the last sect is impossible for an average Ineoalio to acheive, as the requiorments are so high. the last sect, the Palace Sect, is like a royalty class. these Ineoalio live on the Orbital Palace, the home of the Xyress. thi is the only sect split into subsects, if only for organisation: Outter, Middle, and Near. these subsects are named for the disks around the palace, three in all, these disks are where the actual living homes are located: an ineoalio is giveing a subsect dependign on which disk they live on. as probably guess, the nearer to the palace you go, the harder it is to get there. the Palace Ineoalio (called "Palaces") are the wealthiest, snobbiest, bitchiest pricks of the Ineoalio. they are the only Ineoalio that may look down on others. they are litterally treated like royalty and only those born into the sect are recognised. these Ineoalio have an entire subculture within their white walls.
Note: The Orbital Palace is unavailable at this time, so that means Palace Ineoalio aren't either.
Other: not every Ineoalio fits neatly intot he above. There is a special sects for various other unique Ineoalio. The main unique sect that is worth talking about is called the Crime Sect. the Crime sect is a secret cast home to the very rare group of theives, murderes, prostitues, and rapists. this is the smallest sect, and is most often not even seen as a sect. but the governemtn treats it like one because the members apart of it are professionals, ones whom have made their living rebelling against the normal society and law. they are, once agian, very few in number.
there is also the Native Sect, dealing with Tribe Ineoalio that refuse to partake in the world of technology. they are form on remote islands off all the main worlds, not the moos and definatly not bases. they retain all their original traditions and culture, just like the world of skyscrapers and space travle wasn't around them.
Note: these Tribal Ineoalio also still retain their Giiha abilities (see Below).
the Goverment itself is also considered a Sect, called the Eleit. the Eleit only involves the members of the government, excludeing the Xyress. When one leves the government, they leave the Sect and return to their original sect.
Belief system: (WIP!!) The Deities are the Ineoalios form of gods. There are in total 12 of them, though most versions the Ineoalio tell only speaks of 11. They, like gods, symbolize or guard specific things about the Ineoalio word. The Deities correspond to each of the 12 worldsin the Saerstella system, with each deity being physically real. They are most notably associated with colors of the rainbow: Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Turquoise, Blue, indigo, Violet, Pink, White, and Black. Most Ineoalio have forgotten or would prefer to forget the true leader of the Deities: the Rainbow colored Deity.
Aunakeea: The first Deity in the order of the planets. Aunakeea's substance is light and heat, fitting as her planet is closest tot eh sun. her most notiable traits are Acceptance and Empathy. she is one of the most understanding of the Deities, not one to step out of line. her kindness is second to no other Deity. she bears the tittle of the Messenger. she is the fastest of the Deities. she is the one whom is in charge of spotting danger near the sun and to travle the vast expance between the worlds-from her world to the last.
her Physical form is that of a large winged serpent. she has a large crown of feathers wtih a long row of feather fluff down most of her back. her scales are a blareing yellow that interlock perfectly. her feathers range from a yellow hue to a yellow orange with a slight bit of red on the tips. her wingspan is nearly twice as long as her entire length. the end of her tail ends in a long stream of blinding yellow light. it is said that her her underscales(which are also a glowing yellow) and tailtip can reach up to 10,000,000 K in tempature.
Daeuderra: The next Deity is Daeuderra, the Protector. she enbodies battles and weaponry, as well as the traits protection and strength. she is noted to be one of the strongest Deities, embodying war. despite this, she is a rather popular Deity for the Ineoalio.
Auna: Light/heat--Acceptance/Empathy--The Messenger
Daeu: Battle/weaponry--Protection/Strength--The Protector
Iinea: Color/life--justice--The Father
Terii: Ice--Knowledge/Wisdom--The Writer
Raa: lava/blood--violence/hate/anger--The Hunter

Government: The Ineoalio are run by a complex monocracy. The Head of the monocracy is called the Xyr/Xyress. By tradition, the government can only be run by females unless the Xyress only has a son. The Xyr must have a daughter to pass power to, as there cannot be two Xyr's in a row. If a Xyr/Xyress has more than one daughter, the oldest takes the throne unless something prevents her from doing so. Even if there is an older male, the oldest female takes the throne. A Xyress is Xyress for life. The Xyress's job is make the utmost important decisions considering the Ineoalio worlds. Examples are going to war, expanding to a new world, and evacuating large areas.
Below the Xyress are the members of the Cyrine group. This group is five members strong and they are in charge of deciding if an issue really needs the Xyress's judgment. If they vote no to the previous question, they resolve the issue themselves. The Cyrine are highly secretive and a "myth" among the Ineoalio. They are Ineoalio whom are just and unbiased beyond comprehension, those whom know they have to look at the bigger picture to decide. The fate of the race almost entirely rests upon them.
Below the Cyrine are the two councils: Inner and Outer. Their job is to ensure that the worlds and the Ineoalio are fine, as well as to debate semi important things in gatherings call "Council Debates". If they feel something that comes to them is beyond them, they send it up to the Cyrine. The outer council deals with everything on a domestic level. They work with the people and they ensure that the law is fallowed and being enforced properly. They debate over laws and bills, ensure everything is balanced. They also ensure that the race is not at threat in any way. The inner council deals with everything on a global basis. Environmental protection, weather monitoring, objects in space are all dealt with by them. They ensure that there are no threats to the actual worlds, not the race. The councils are for keeping balance and for identifying/preventing threats.
The Hall in the main judicial part of the government, much like the Supreme Court. The Hall judges whether something is "In Tune" with the Xyress's laws. As well, the Xyress interacts directly with the Hall without having to go through to parts in-between. Most of the laws stay the same over decades and centuries, but the Xyress must seek permission from the Hall to make a new law. The Hall makes sure that the law is just and it does not interfere with anything else. The Hall can do vice verse for the Xyress.
Next is the Chamber. The Chamber is actually a combination of all of the previously mentioned parts. The chamber only exists once every five years, and its job is to ensure the system still works. During this time, people can leave and come in for various reasons. Also during this time is a new Xyress sworn in at the end of a previous ones reign.
The World Aer is no apart of the main government but it plays a crucial part. The World Aer is like a representative sent to the Chamber. Every world, moon, and base has two. They are also responsible for sending the councils data on the race and their world. (Even though the councils do most of that work for them.)
Below the World Aer is the City Official. Every city has one, and they are like the governor. They follow the directions from the previously mention parts and they also send information back. Towns that are too small to be considered a city do not have a city official, instead they adopt the official of the nearest city to relay their information to and to adopt the procedures set.
Finally, we have the Entabalance. The Entabalance is the main police force. They are in charge or ensure that everything is going how it should be and to respond to potential crimes. Basically, everything a human police force would do.
While not a part of the government, the Ineoalio Military is a branch off of the Outer Council, inner council, and Cyrine. All three parts must decided unanimously when and where to use the military. The military is not actively formed as they have no threats sensed right now. The only part of the military they have constantly running is the Fleet. The Fleet is the Ineoalio Space Ship Formation (ISSF). Each world has a fraction of the Fleet, about 800 ships per world (moons have about 200 and bases 400). The Orbital Palace has the most, housing 1200 active duty ships. Much like the Shifter race, the Ineoalio ships are completely automated and sentient, requiring no captain. In times of emergencies, all males are called to the military. This hasn't happed for 5000 years.
As well, the crime rate for the Ineoalio is less than 1%. Of that 1%, adolescent rapes make up 63%, petty theft 21%, professional theft 14%, and murder 2%. In all the worlds, moon and bases. The Ineoalio law system worked very well. That paired with the Ineoalio didn't see the point in violence against another intentionally has made for a very low crime rate. The Ineoalio worlds were very safe to live in.
Technology: wihtout a doubt, the Ineoalio had the most advanced technology ever developed. they spanded bridged between all of their worlds, made with antimaterial particals and reendofrcer bands. their skyscrapers tower at hights that would make a humans head spin. their vehicals reach top speeds of nearly 800 mph. antigravity, sentient space fleets, lazer and intimater weaponry, space sheilds, etc. you name it, them most likely had it.
however, their greatest sucess was not anything you would think of. their greatest acheivment was they concured Zryiithaeneum. at the time their world was lost, the ineoalio were developeing ways to use Element Z in both offence and defence, as a fule and as a cure. the race was one to figure out what it was, what it did, if it was dangerous and where it could be used. they never found out.
they did figure out that Element Z was the very essence of their Deities physical form and power.
the ineoalio also held the title of the largest and most artificually intelegent super computer. X.I.I.A.'s network spanded over all the worlds and the moons, connected to everything. the Xyress herself was the owner of X.I.I.A., though she hardly ever needed to use it. X.I.I.A.'s main function was to collect and sort data as well as store information.
Fun Fact: only one was ablet o hack X.I.I.A. in the ineoalio hostory: a 12 year old girl trying to figure out if her brother was storeing inapropriate picture of her on his personal computer. i would have guessed it would have been easier to hack HIS computer rather than X.I.I.A., but meh.
Magic: Ineoalio magic, called "Giiha", originated when the Ineoalio tribes started to make "contact" with the Deities. it is said that the Deities blessed certain members of the tribe dub worthy enough to weild a certain power. in the era of the tribes, nearly every tribememeber could weild giiha.
in the current era, however, giiha is rare and not really all that useful. out of 100 Ineoalio, only four would be able to use Giiha. of those four, most likely only one or two would actually figure out they had the abilities. as said before, Giiha is pretty much useless because of the technological advances. the Ineoalio don't bother too much to figure out if anyone has the abilities. however, those who are known to ahve the abilities are seen are the closest Ineoalio to the Deities.
Giiha consists of five main catagories: healing, sheilding, weaponary, warping, advanced abilities. an individuals giiha can span over the different catagoies, never limited to juts one. sheilding and weaponry are the most common, fallowed closely by warping.
Healing: the only Giiha still seen as usefull. hospitals are constantly looking for ineoalio who have this kind of ghiia. these individuals are the only ones who can cure the worst illnesses and sieases of the Ineoalio. healers must stand before or over those whom they are healing, and they must often chant something to focus the giiha. this giiha is not limited to just things that are alive, it can also repair broken objects. healing is also a unique giiha because it drains the casters lifesource. this giiha can be any color, but tends to be a lighter shade than it's neon counterparts. its desigh also tends to be more triangular and rigded.
Sheilding: sheilding giiha was very usefull in times of war. an advanced Ineoalio could sheild an entire city from nigh anything. however, modern sheilders only have to use their abilities in the rare time of emergensies. the sheilds cast look like a convex runic design branching from the casters hands. most often the sheild spins at varying speeds. normal sheilds can block any physical attack except for weapons. swords in particular are known to break the sheild fairly well. the more advanced a caster, the larger and tougher sheild they can cast. the color tends to be a blaring neon with the overall design being circular. this giiha drains the casters energy.
Weaponary: the least used giiha, weaponary giiha gives the caster the ability to made runic weapons. these large weapons can be nearly anything from pikes to swords to saws. the weapon that appears usually reflects the casters prefrence and tallent. the weapons normall appear in multiple places in a half circle behind the caster with a small cicle of runes in the muddle of their hands. the larger/more numerous the weapons the better the caster. the caster acts like they are weilding the small circles on their hands while the weapons obey the comanding movements. this is the only giiha that is illegal to use inside city walls. it is also the only giiha that does not depleat the users energy. it tends to have darker colors, and is the only giiha that doesn't form a set shape.
Warping: wapring giiha is the largest catagory, consisting the the ability o warp themselves and other objects sometimes into completely different things. skilled casters can warp into anything, includeing larger and more powerful forms. they can even warp small ammounts of Element Z. warpers can warp anything, from the air and weather to diamond and fleash. they also have the unique ability to mix even the most dangerous of elements togeter with no ill affects. it is said the true power of warpers to to conumicat with matter onthe elemental scale, but this hasn't been proven. this giiha tends to be thinner and lighter tha other giiha.
Advanced abilities: this isn't really a catagory per sey, but it is important to note. an ineoalio that can use all of the afore mentioned giiha is seen as an advanced giiha. they can do some of the cmost complex things with their giiha, includeing teleport, mind read, turn invisable, and comunicate with the dead. these ineoalio also have advanced physical abilities that doe not use giiha. this includes high running speeds, high jumping, and the ability to survive on very little sustanince. asexpected, these giiha are very rare, and the modern era has yet to see one. this giiha is the largest and brightest giiha.
Holidays: WIP
